Expert Knowledge +
Compassionate Care

Our team specializes in the medial and surgical care of all pediatric eye conditions. We commonly treat patients with:

Refractive Errors (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism)

Many children need glasses to excel in school, sports, and play. Children often do not complain of blurry vision, because they do not understand what is to see clearly.  Glasses are sometimes needed to ensure proper visual development.  Our expert staff will make recommendations about glasses and provide a prescription.

Amblyopia (lazy eye)

Amblyopia is when vision fails to properly develop in infancy and childhood. This is often first noticed during a routine vision screening. Call us if your child has failed a vision test or there are other concerns about his/her visual development.

Childhood Strabismus (crossed-eyed, wall-eyed)

Any child with misaligned eyes needs to be evaluated soon.  If not treated, childhood strabismus can lead to permanent visual problems.  We will take the time to explain your child's strabismus and make a custom plan based upon your child's needs.  We can help with treatments from glasses or patching to exercise or even surgery.
